We meet at The Little Yoga House three Wednesday evenings in a row. We usually spend two hours together - sometimes more if you have  more questions. We usually start around six pm (we can arrange the details once you are enrolled).

You also get complimentary access to my R.O.A.D. To Birth^TM Hypnobirthing Program (normally £144) via my learning platform hosted by Kajabi. You can follow the program from any computer, laptop or smartphone.

Our sessions together take 3x2 hours. 

The online program is optional, however, I strongly encourage you to use it.

You can work through the program itself in less than 5 hours. The videos are between 10 and 30 minutes long allowing you to take a break.

For the hypnobirthing element to work well, you need to commit 15-20 minutes at least 4-5 times per week to doing your breath work and visualisations. A lot of my clients incorporate some of it into their day to day and practice 3 - 4 nights in bed just before falling asleep.

Yes, absolutely! I get feedback from partners all the time about how they feel much more informed and at ease having gone through the program.

During lockdown, while my face to face clinic was closed, I designed an online birth prep course for plant based mums (which I still offer). I added birth preparation to the healthy nutrition part and all of it ultimately evolved into R.O.A.D. To Birth ^TM.

That's why the program contains a whole food plant based nutrition module which will be informative for anyone. 
I offer whole food plant based pregnancy meal planning consultations and sample meal plans. If that is something you are interested in, please let me know. 

You can start anytime from 20 weeks. The longer you practice your deep breathing and movement, the better. It's good to start by 32 weeks but you can do this the day before giving birth just the same.
