A weekend with Nicole.

A Fascia Workshop for Midwives, Doulas & Bodyworkers

October 11–12, 2025 | Belfast

Join me for a two-day, in-person immersion for those who walk alongside women through conception, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

This workshop is designed for midwives, student midwives, doulas, massage therapists, reflexologists, and pregnancy yoga teachers who want to work more deeply with the body’s connective tissue - the fascia - as a tool for support, balance, and transformation.

We’ll explore the entire childbearing continuum through this living fabric that listens, adapts, and communicates.

Fascia work is rooted in connection and informed by physiology. It offers a gentle and powerful way to support the body’s intelligence during pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

You'll learn:

🌀 How to listen to the fascia
🌀 Techniques to support breech and transverse babies
🌀 Hands-on fascia release for shoulder pain, carpal tunnel, hip discomfort, and even heartburn
🌀 A whole-body approach to fluidity, space, and somatic intuition — to help your clients prepare for birth with greater ease

Whether you attend births as a clinician or as a supportive witness, this workshop will expand your understanding of fascia as a responsive, intelligent tissue, and how to meet it with presence and gentle hands-on support.

🧘‍♀️ The workshop takes place at The Little Yoga House, 117a Cregagh Road, Belfast.
☕ Lunch is included from Tom’s Coffee Shop next door.

Registration is now open.
