In the early days after birth, women are meant to be nurtured alongside their babies. Leaving the house can feel unimaginable, but what if your body needs some relief?

I’ll bring my hands, my oils, and over two decades of experience caring for postpartum mothers, babies, and the families that surround them.

What I Can Bring To Your Home:

• Fascia-informed postpartum bodywork or a supported herbal bath with your baby
• Gentle baby care guidance, if you're feeling unsure about bathing, nappies, or feeding
• An emotional check-in and listening space
• Aromatherapy support tailored to your healing
• One-to-one baby massage session

Each visit lasts around 90–120 minutes and is shaped to meet you where you are in your body, with your baby, and with whatever questions may be present.

Single Visit

• A focused session for healing, connection, or bodywork - £125
  Travel included within 5 miles of Belfast

Three Visit Bundle

• For deeper support across the early postpartum weeks. Ideal if you want to be held and cared for through the full early transition. - £300
  (£100 per visit, travel included within 5 miles)

Each visit includes your choice of:
– A supported herbal bath session
– A fascia-informed postpartum massage
– A one-to-one baby massage session
– Emotional and newborn care support
– Access to me via direct messaging between visits

Availability & Timing
These sessions are designed for the early postpartum window. Your visits will take place within the first six weeks after your baby is born.

I offer home visits on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
To keep this work slow and intentional, I only take three clients each month.

To reserve your place, a £60 non-refundable deposit is required at checkout.
This deposit secures your booking and reflects the time and care I hold for each mother and baby. The remaining balance will be arranged at your first visit. At that stage, you can decide whether to continue with the full bundle or simply receive a single visit — there’s no pressure either way.

Please note: Because I hold space for a limited number of clients each month, this deposit is non-refundable, even if your plans change.

Your first visit can happen as early as the first available Monday, Wednesday or Thursday after your baby is born — whenever your body and baby are ready to receive care.

Location & Travel
I offer visits within a 5-mile radius of Belfast.
If you're based a little further out, just ask. Travelling further is possible and may include a small additional fee.
